Kim Krause Berg
Kimberly Krause Berg is the owner of UsabilityEffect.com, Cre8pc.com, and Cre8asiteForums.
Kim launched Cre8pc.com in 1996, offering search engine optimization and web design resources gathered and tested while working as Webmaster for a technical magazine publishing company.
She was in charge of web design and also getting 13 web sites registered and ranked in search engines. As she moved forward in her career, she freelanced from home in seach engine optimization (SEO) and web site building under the Cre8pc domain. In 1998 she started the Cre8pc Website Promotion Club in Yahoo! and co-moderated the Home and Small Business Club, where she gained a reputation for helping people and making SEO and Marketing easy to understand.
Hired by such companies as Unisys and Verticalnet, Kim worked as a User Interface Engineer and eventually moved into the Quality Assurance Software Testing field, where it was her job to test and develop the methodology for in-house web site usability. During this time, she continued to freelance in SEO and help out in her Yahoo! clubs and other forums. During the dot-com crash of 2001, Kim was laid off and within 6 hours was hired by a company seeking a sub-contractor to test and project manage their proprietary Internet application for a large telecommunications firm.
- Debbie Bookstaber
Debbie Bookstaber is the VP of Strategy and Business Development at The JAR Group. Debbie's experience as both an affiliate manager and a top affiliate makes her uniquely suited for this role. Debbie has over nine years of experience in online marketing, business development, product management and affiliate marketing for brands such as Expedia and Travelocity. Both programs were responsible for several hundred million dollars in annual sales, and she won both the Travelocity Enterprise Award and the Expedia Horizon Award for her job performance.
Debbie brings an understanding of media buying, search, social media and negotiation to affiliate engagements. Passionate about social media, Debbie started a successful product review site (www.mamanista.com), which was picked as one of six influential mom blogs by Playthings Magazine in February 2009. Mamanista.com generates revenue through affiliate marketing as well as traditional CPM advertising, and Debbie donates her earnings to charity.
Debbie is an elected member of her local school board as serves on several other charitable boards that focus on education and at-risk children. Debbie graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University with a Bachelors and Masters in History.

- Liana "Li" Evans
Since 1999, Liana "Li" Evans has been active full-time in the search marketing arena, becoming well versed in all avenues of social media and search marketing. Li runs the Search Marketing Gurus blog, and is the director of social media for Serengeti Communications, a Washington, DC-based online marketing firm that focuses on building social media strategies for companies and training companies to bring online marketing in-house.
Li has led the SEO strategy for an Internet Retailer 500 company, and was the SEO and social media architect for a Fortune 500 multi-million page entertainment Web site. As a database designer and programmer since 1992, Liana has developed technical expertise in dealing with large-scale retail sites and their dynamic natures.
She holds degrees in both public relations and information technology, which lend well to working with client strategies in social media and search marketing. She speaks and trains social media and SEO at search, social and marketing industry conferences and is currently writing a book about Social Media Marketing for Pearson Education to be published early 2010. Dave is the Marketing Director for Downtown Ecommerce Partners (DEP), an interactive services firm in West Chester, PA. Dave and the team at DEP provide strategy development, vendor selection and management, and managed solutions for start-ups and small-to-medium sized merchants, primarily focused on ROI & metrics-driven campaigns including Affiliate Marketing, SEM, Comparison Shopping, Email Marketing, and Retargeting. He collaborates with a number of industry partners to develop the relationships and campaign structures most suited to a merchant’s needs. Simon has close to a decade of integral experience in developing web sites for a vast variety of clients. For seven of those years, he delved in the local search field working on sites and applications for, amongst others, 4 of the 5 largest telecommunication companies in the US. Simon's astute knowledge of the immense and complex internet landscape has enabled him to excel in a myriad of technical formats. As a consultant, he has flourished in online application and site development as well as online yellow pages application and development. In June of 2009 I moved over to AOL as a Senior Marketing Manager where he's currently working on several sites in the sports & news verticals.
